Who We Are

We help solve the common problem everyone encounters; what do I get that friend, client, associate, or partner that lets them know that they mean more to you than they realize?

About Custom Laser Engraving| Who we are

If your customer or client believes that they matter and you consistently solve their problems, you will be successful. However, unless your product or service is 100% proprietary, you risk getting the “we decided to go in a different direction” conversation unless you have established an almost unbreakable relationship with your clients. A personalized gift can make that distinction.

At Custom Laser Engraving, we will always offer a competitive price. Will we be the least expensive option? Sometimes. Our prices are based not only on our costs but also on what you get by partnering with Custom Laser Engraving and our unwavering commitment to building and maintaining successful business relationships.

  • Unparalleled customer support.

What We Do

Custom laser engraving is the process of engraving, marking, or cutting any material with a personalized message. We can pretty much engrave on anything. The only substance we may have an issue with is certain plastics, and that’s because we aren’t big fans of toxic fumes. Here is a brief list of what we can laser engrave for you.

What you want to be engraved is up to you. It can be anything: words, phrases, quotes, pictures, serial numbers, or any other important information you would like engraved on anything Tumblers, Mugs, Glassware, Barware, Firearms, Pens, Pencils, Cutting Boards, Any wood, Acrylic, Aluminum, MDF, Slate, Granite, Cardboard or even in Polyester.

Laser engraving makes the ordinary unique. Does your house have an overabundance of mugs, tumblers, or cups that end up with someone else? Or maybe you have that particular office Yeti that you want to make sure you are the only one to use it. No problem. We can engrave your name, department, or “leave this alone; it’s not yours!” on any surface.

We are in the business of making the ordinary extraordinary, and we can do it on the same day. Let us know how we can help.

When We Do

We live in an almost instant gratification society. When we want something, we pretty much like it right away. At Custom Laser Engraving, we understand. Whatever you wish to engrave will be started immediately and completed either the same or the next day.
time
The only “caveat” is that if we have to wait to receive something, then we can’t begin until then, but please know that as soon as the item arrives, it will be engraved asap and shipped ASAP. Our warehouse is like a Las Vegas casino. There are no clocks. We are not 9 to 5. We are always open. If we have to come in on a Sunday at 2 AM,w we’ll ensure you have what you need by Monday at 9. We’re going to do it. Need something for your client’s birthday? We got you. Last minute school project, we got that too. There isn’t anything we won’t do to accommodate a client’s request. As long as we (or you) have the item needed to be personalized or engraved, you don’t have to look any further. We are always available. Custom Laser Engraving allows anyone to turn an ordinary gift into an extraordinary gift. When you give someone a personalized gift, you say they mean a lot more to you than you probably think. It’s saying (without words) that you value a friendship or business relationship on a higher level. Let your creativity run free and deliver a personalized, laser engraved gift today.

Where We Do

It’s a big world, but that doesn’t matter. We got you if you need a gift sent to the Antarctica Penguin keepers. It may cost a little extra to ship, but if you’re okay with that, we are too. If you need it delivered the same day somewhere in South Florida, we’ll make it happen, Cap’n.
We have two, count ’em two, offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale to help serve you better. Our “showroom, design space, and paperwork nonsense ” is in Fort Lauderdale. We make the magic happen in a state-of-the-art warehouse in Miami located directly across from Miami International Airport. It’s a very cool location if you are an #avgeek. Our office lies directly under runways 9R and 27L, making a great vantage point for plane spotting. But I digress. What does having two locations mean for you? Convenience. We can meet in either location to discuss what you need, and it also allows us to meet with our clients and give them the attention required to make sure we are going everything we can to make you look good. It’s also convenient when someone goes to Google and types in custom laser engraving near me. So if you live anywhere from Palm Beach to the Keys, we’ve got a location that will work for you. Check us out.

Why We Do

Why do we do what we do? This is my favorite topic to discuss. It all comes back to relationships. If you were to ask anybody what is the most essential thing in business, you probably wouldn’t get the word “relationships.” However, once you say, “Well, what about relationships,” that is when the light bulb goes off, and they realize that relationships are the single most crucial factor in business.
business success
I can attribute my success in business to building and maintaining relationships, and I want to help others understand the importance relationships have in business. When you show someone how much you appreciate them, you can solidify your place as a trusted, respected, and valuable business partner. Imagine you are pitching a large piece of business, and three or four competing companies are also vying for that contract. However, in your meetings, you noticed your client is a foodie who loves cooking. So on your final meeting, you bring in a personalized cutting board with a couple of cocktail glasses with their name. You have shown your prospective client that you have taken the time to learn a little about them and will apply that same personal touch when you handle their account. While we can’t guarantee that will be the deciding factor, we know it will make a lasting impression. You may not win the bid this time, but it’s almost a given that you will be continually consulted when your client needs something else.

How We Do

At Custom Laser Engraving, how do we do what we do? We take the time to learn what our customers are looking for. We don’t simply take orders. What someone may think is the perfect gift may not be. We have the experience, knowledge, and a deep understanding of what makes the right gift.
laser engrave

We take the time to understand what you are trying to achieve by giving a personalized gift. Everyone has different needs and budgets, and we want to make sure whatever you choose fits into those silos. Once you’ve decided on the gift you would like to give or the gift you would like to give yourself, we work on the design. It can be as simple as a name, logo, or quote. Additionally, it can also be an image or an intricate design. No matter your design, you will receive a proof to approve before production begins. We are also 100% committed to client satisfaction. If it didn’t come out the way you wanted, we’ll work with you to make sure you are completely happy before you pay us a single penny.

Once we have the design, we transfer that into a program called Lightburn, which is essentially Photoshop for lasers. It controls the different settings needed for each surface. There are a lot of factors that go into laser engraving. It’s very detail-oriented, and if you don’t know what you are doing, you will either learn very quickly or ruin a lot, and I mean a lot of items. Here are a few of the settings that are necessary to ensure a perfect engrave.

SPEED – How fast the laser head is moving
MAX POWER – How powerful is the laser beam?
MIN POWER – Reduction of power when the laser slows down.
LPI – Lines Per Inch
FOCUS – How far away the laser head is from the surface. Think of focus like a flashlight. The closer it is, the narrower the beam. The farther away, the wider the beam.

We have two types of laser. A CO2 laser and a Fiber Laser (coming soon.) A CO2 laser can laser any “porous” material like wood, slate, granite, acrylic, leather, cardboard, etc. A fiber laser is best suited for metals. However, a CO2 laser can also do metals, but it does need to be coated with a special paint that helps the CO2 laser make a lasting design.

Almost every day, new items come on the market that would make the perfect gift. It’s our job and our mission to make sure that we make our clients look like superheroes.

We also enjoy hearing how well their clients appreciated our custom gifts. Without sounding too egotistical, our custom laser engraving services can help everyone become more successful by helping you show the people who matter most how much they mean to you.
