Custom Laser Engraving’s return policy is very simple. Due to the nature of the customization, it makes it very hard for us to accept returns on items that have been engraved. However, if the product (aside from the customization) is defective, we will accept a return.

We will pride ourselves on communication, and you will be sent proofs for approval. If there is any doubt about how something will look, there will be plenty of time to make corrections.

Finally, if it’s not what you had in mind, we will also work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
